Janet Harrow Trophy

3 rinks of triples travelled to represent the Club against York Railway Institute. This is a Yorkshire wide competition and the Club was represented by nine ladies - a number of whom have been bowling for only a few seasons. The teams were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed their fixture which pitted them against players who were very experienced and included former county players. They agreed that they had learnt a great deal from playing and observing some very good players.
